BREMA produces low voltage AC switchboards – up to 1000V and 4000A rated current.
The production is mainly single-unit-oriented to suit the customers’ individual demands.
Switchboards are produced with protection ranging from IP 20 to IP 65. Open-state protection IP xx/20 is made from plastic parts.
Switchboard cabinets are made of sheet steel, stainless steel or plastic. The surface is powder coated in the shade RAL 7032 by default, but the desired shade may be specified by the customer.
The products are employed not only in power, heating and processing industries, but even in the tertiary sector. Production of low-voltage switchboards runs exactly in compliance with the customers’ requests and wishes. The switchboards are mounted not only into cabinets made by world leading manufacturers such as SCHRACK Energietechnik, Ltd., Moeller Elektrotechnika, Ltd., Schneider Electric CZ, Ltd. and Rittal Czech, Ltd., but also into atypical cabinets manufactured by BREMA’s own metal workshop. The switchboards are fitted with standard safety units, contactors, relays, semi controlled rectifiers and variable frequency inverters from renowned manufacturers, e.g. Schneider Electric CZ, Ltd., OEZ Ltd., ABB Ltd., Moeller Elektrotechnika Ltd., WAGO Elektro, Ltd and others, just as the customer wishes.
Own workshops are available for BREMA as well as a modern and well equipped development centre with experienced staff who are ready to realize large scale projects. Hence BREMA offers the option of consulting project solutions, perchance using the company’s projecting capacity.

To ensure the highest quality of BREMA products, every switchboard has to undergo a final inspection in BREMA’s own testing facility, prior to expedition. Not only a quality check is conducted, but also an operational test. Following this inspection and an inspection conducted by an independent revision technician, as specified by ISO 9001, on every unit produced there is a certificate issued together with the Declaration of Conformity set by ČSN (the Czech National Standard).
Today, BREMA is ranked among renowned suppliers of switchboard engineering. This was preceded by numerous test in authorized laboratories: EZÚ (Electrotechnical Testing Institute), zkratovna Běchovice or Fyzikální ústav Ostrava Radvanice (Physical-Technical Testing Institute in Ostrava Radvanice).
